100 apartments with a combination of 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom 5 star luxury apartments for Jumeirah Living hotel apartments at World Trade Centre Residence. Asteco Design and Furnishing Department delivered 100 apartments in 2008/2009.

 

Asteco Design Department worked closely with Jumeirah Living from conception delivering an urban high end branded concept to suit the profile for the building and target market. Asteco developed a truly exceptional lifestyle which has resulted in a very successful business line for Jumeirah Living provid ing a product which would attract the elite in a very competitive marke.

 

Due to the World Trade Centre success story, Asteco continue to work alongside Jumeirah Living furnishing additional apartments for their rental pool.

Asteco have Interior Designed villas for Manchester United Football team. The players all had very different requirements and styles including Contemporary Design, Moroccan, Modern.

We worked closely with the players and their individual requirements, mostly via email due to their limited visits to Dubai. All players were very pleased that we captured their vision and delivered an exclusive bespoke design.

We also worked on the exterior landscaping to create a truly exceptional home which was ideal for entertaining. The players were impressed with the international standard of design and workmanship from Asteco.

Ibn Battuta Gate is an office building with a difference. The facade is Moorish in design and although the office space is modern and functional we felt the Lobby should reflect the arabic concept, the lobby was inspired by the exterior. The area is large and functional, which is welcoming and comfortable. We wanted to design an area where visitors and tenants could sit and use the space.

 

In addition to the the central seating area of large sofas we developed corners with small tables and chairs where tenants could meet visitors and create a communal feel-(I would liken it to a hotel lobby). The space is admired by all who visit the building as it is refreshing to see rich fabrics and high end finishes in an office lobby where one feels drawn to enjoy and use the lobby area.

Oceana is an exclusive apartment project on Palm Jumeirah. The developer is using the show apartment as a sales tool to showcase the exclusive seaside development. The location and views at oceana are fabulous. The Interior Design reflects a calm and fresh organic space which is in harmony with the sea views and beachside lifestyle. We wanted to marry elegance with clean lines using light flowing fabrics and cool sea colours throughout. Ones eye is never drawn far from the sea view with great attention to the space planning and window treatments throughout.

 

The show apartment communicates a standard and lifestyle for the profile of purchaser and target market the developer wanted to attract in order to receive optimum returns on his investment.

The developer for Park Place instructed Asteco design to develop a high end contemporary show apartment to assist with the leasing of the building Asteco design team created a fabulous contemporary space which targeted the corporate client showcasing the versatile space and modern living achieving high rental returns and directly contributing to great success for the debveloper.
