Run by qualified property professionals with extensive knowledge and expertise throughout the UAE and GCC regions, Asteco’s dedicated Valuations team provides a wide range of comprehensive research, consultancy and valuation services to individuals, companies, developers and financial institutions.

More specifically, we cover a broad scope of services in areas including secured lending, project finance, pre purchase, disposal of assets, corporate recovery, portfolio valuations and year end accounting.

Undertaking these tasks, our valuations team is made up of highly qualified individuals, many of whom are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Australian Property Institute (API) and are governed by the ethics, standards and codes of conduct of these organisations.

We also subscribe to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai) and adhere to the local standards and codes implemented by them and other authorities throughout the region.
